Is Mold Dangerous....

SICK BUILDING SYNDROME is a term recognized by building professionals, engineering
firms, industrial hygienists and others to be a potential health risk for some individuals
as it pertains to the adverse affects associated with exposure to some molds.

Toxic mold identification is critical to someone suffering from health issues as well as for the general safety of any client.

While numerous molds do not pose a health risk some molds produce chemicals called Mycotoxins that can cause flu-like symptoms or other more severe health risks.

Digital Diagnostic Systems, LLC is the developer of the Digital DIS-10 System. The system works by transmitting digital images, photomicrographs, to a central laboratory.

Digital Diagnostic Laboratories, LLC and their qualified staff will analyze and identify the submitted sample in 24 hours or less and will archive the photomicrographs so that in the event of any future litigation, for a specific job site, you will have photo microscopic evidence.

The Digital DIS-10 System and its ability to capture images over the Internet/phone/wireless transmission is a patented process.

Due to the high demand for mold identification other laboratories can take up to six to eight weeks for identification or, 24 hours for an emergency only and 72 hours for normal turnaround after the sample is received. The response turnaround would usually be verbal with a written report mailed later.

The Digital DIS-10 System is intended to reduce the amount of time required to identify mold types in indoor environments. Since mold can double in 24 to 48 hours the identification time is critical to someone suffering from health issues as well as for the general safety of any client.
